GIS & Remote Sensing Services Office
The GIS and Remote Sensing Services office (GISRSS) at Lockheed Martin is part of the Information Systems and Global Services
group. We provide remote sensing, geographic information systems, site characterization, and analytical
methods development services to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
through the Remote Sensing Support Services(RSSS) contract.
GISRSS has been a prime contractor to EPA for over 30 years, and has developed unique
capabilities in support of the Agency's programs. Current major activities are centered in
Arlington, Virginia, Edison, New Jersey, and Las Vegas, Nevada, with offices in Research Triangle Park,
North Carolina, and on-site support operations at four of the EPA regional offices.
